Steverino’s Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Can DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN
  • 1 Cup Blue Cheese dressing
  • 1 Pound Cream Cheese
  • 2½ Cups Millk
  • 5 Pounds Schrieber Foods White Melting Loaf
  • 1½ Cups Texas Pete Hot Sauce

Directions

Cut cheese into 1” cubes. Put cheese, hot sauce, salad dressing and milk into double boiler on medium high heat. Hand shred DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN, add to mixture. Heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve in a 10oz bowl with 4oz Tortilla Chips. Garnish with a swirl of hot sauce on top. Crumbled Blue Cheese Garnish if desired.
