Vanee Chicken Broth is a rich, full-flavored golden yellow clear broth made from slowly cooked chicken. Use as an ingredient for soups, casseroles, pasta, or potatoes. Add in place of water to infuse recipes with more flavor. Vanee Chicken Broth has less sodium than national brands, is gluten free, and has no added MSG. Shelf stable, ready-to-use simplicity means you get consistent results every time. Each 49 oz. can has 6 one-cup servings, for a total of 72 servings per case.

Serving Directions

Use to make soups, or add more flavor to recipes by replacing water with broth.

Preparation Instructions

Convection: Place covered prepared product into 300°F oven for 30–40 minutes until center reaches 165°F. Conventional: Place covered prepared product into 350°F oven for 60 minutes until center reaches 165°F. Microwave: Place prepared product into microwave safe covered container. Heat on high approximately 2–3 minutes per portion or until center reaches 165°F. Stove Top: Place uncovered prepared product over medium heat for 10–15 minutes or until center reaches 165°F, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
